All keys issued require a signature. At this time, the signature must be given at the Access Control Office in General Services Building by the keyholder. By September 2017, departments who elect to manage a select number of keys through their office will be able to obtain signatures at their campus location.

An online key request system is available. Paper key requests will no longer be accepted after September 14, 2018; after that date, all requests must be submitted through the online request system.
