This includes course enrollment, degree program, and student status. If you enroll in a course that is assigned synchronized access, you can use your card the following day after 6:30 a.m. to access the room with synchronized access.

If you change department of employment to a department which has synchronized access defined, your can use your card the following day after 6:30 a.m. once HR updates their records to access the room with synchronized access.
